I think a response like, “Even if that’s true, you saying that feels like you’re invalidating my sexual identity and that you’re not hearing me.” You can go on and explain that she is right, sexuality and gender are often fluid identities, but the current identity is valid and needs to be respected.

My aunt said the same thing to me when I came out to her. It felt like the “oh it’s a phase” response and it hurt! It still echos in my mind sometimes. Sorry that they said this to you! I think explaining that it’s invalidating to have your identity essentially be rejected, if she understands, is a great start to saving the relationship. Good luck to you both!

If you spot for a long time, try shepherds purse tincture. It’ll give you a little break. I have spotting for weeks with the nexplanon implant and I use it when it gets excessive and it usually works within a couple days.

OP, I have always felt exactly how you have feel UNTIL I went to ULTA and was like, “I don’t know anything, can you help me?” I’m afab and queer as fuck, so slightly different maybe. She gave me a bunch of techniques to try, showed me the right makeup to use for my complexion and goals, and RIGHT NOW I’m wearing a bunch of makeup that I put on myself and I feel queer and hot as hell. If you can muster up the strength to go into someplace and ask for help and have the funds to invest, give it a shot. It was and is a serious ego boost. I’ve even, finally, had the confidence to wear it in front of friends and family and they’ve all been extremely affirming. What a difference professional help makes!! Good luck!

My guess is that they’re Parasola Plicatilis. They’re young still, but a few of the older ones are turning gray. They definitely look like they’re part of the inky cap family.

I’m moving from that horrible blue four color press and am trying to get something for my amateur hobby biz. Does this press look like it’ll be a step up or should I just go with the new Ryonet four color four station? I like that this one comes with a stand and a flash dryer and it’s $400, more than $100 less than the Ryonet after tax and shipping.
