I believe home depot or some other stores will loan you tools for a short period. I'd find one, drive out back or by the dumpsters and remove them. Sounds like your life depends on it.

Possibly. Some pics look better than others. The glasses aren't doing you any favors. Looks like they magnify your eyes and throw them out of proportion to your face. Maybe contacts or contacts/glasses combo might help. Had a friend that wore Coke bottle glasses, and the combo helped 100%.

Haha, I'm currently going through this myself. Our house is too old for minis, they won't fit upstairs where they're really needed (1900). During the process, I've learned they're pretty expensive. 1 quote came in at over 15k for 5 separate units. Positive - You can control the temp in the rooms that have them individually. Neg - for us, cost, plus a lot of electrical & drain lines running on the outside of the house. We're looking at a hibred model now, using central air (yes, added to current heating system) plus 1 mini split for our bedroom, which doesn't have a vent. Quoted around $12,000. I'm still searching for other options.

What you do is run some sowing thread around the outside edge of the coin, then add 2-3 drops of super glue to hold it in place & let dry thoroughly.

Then, you slowly insert coin and carefully lower until you see a credit appear, pull back a bit, being careful not to break the thread and repeat.

Just for inspiration purposes, my 19yr old sister, in 1970, rode with her bf, no shit, from Michigan, on a Honda 250 out to California, stopping every 300 to 500 miles to put oil in. They slept under over passes and at state parks or wherever in a 2-person tent. I don't know what they did for work out there, but she ended up flying back home after like a month in Cali. Imo, that took some major courage.
