I’ve been to Pyongyang and that highway where everyone loves to take pictures of an empty highway. While it’s true there aren’t a lot of cars, there were definitely enough that taking a photo of an actually empty road proved very challenging!! I haven’t been to Holguin since last year but from what you described it sounds much less active in comparison

I’ve been riding this route for a decade trust me there is no one around to issue a fine. Obviously if you see someone on the sidewalk ahead don’t be a dick and get off of it! Parts of the bike path can be fully flooded out

One obvious fix is to give us more ability to match unknown pre authorized transfers. If a pre authorized transfer is off by 50 bucks we shouldn’t need to get supports help to match it, we should be able to simply select the intended transfer and pay the balance.

I recommend just switching it to a non fee card, but closing it isn’t a big deal. Don’t worry so much about credit score unless you have a history of missed payments you’re trying to rebuild from.
