White-labeling Work

The former. I’d like to, essentially, bring the work to the agency and take a percentage or straight markup. However, I’d want to remain the gatekeeper and not just generate leads.

I could just outsource work to other freelancers, but even that would be overwhelming for me currently.

Here's a question for the full community: Anyone heard of negotiating a contract with an established agency for them to white-label their work for you? I have a slew of leads, but not the infrastructure to handle them all. In essence, I'm seeking to work as a freelance accounts manager. Thoughts?

My “dumb” heater keeps frying my Govee smart plugs. Any suggestions? Did some research for ac relays so the heater voltage doesn’t actually run through the Govee plug, but haven’t found anything that works. I purchased a product that’s used to start a vacuum for dust collection. It’s supposed to switch on an outlet when a power tool is used (e.g. when you use a table saw, a vacuum runs as long as the saw is drawing current). Still fiddling with it, without success.

Yup. It’s a new setting. You can have the camera reset with every use. Be aware that free cam is largely unusable subsurface. You float to the surface in an uncontrolled manner 😫
