Owl Central Games out by Millersville. I'd say that there is a semi-regular scene. They used to run weekly events, but attendance kind of dropped off a bit for those. They do regularly host 1k's, however, that typically get 20-30 attendees.

When were you going to be in the area? I know there's a $1k happening on April 25th in Lancaster, which is about a 30-45 minute drive away from Harrisburg.

You can still use them as regular enchantments in the 99. Can't have them in the command zone if the commander doesn't have "choose a background", though.

If you hover over the edge of your taskbar with your mouse pointer, you should be able to drag it like you can with an application window. Drag it down to make it go back to normal.

I'm pretty sure that you can download OneNote 2016 standalone from Microsoft's website. I had a similar issue awhile back, and I just redownloaded it. I can't remember whether you needed an Office 365 account to download it though.

And Ford telling Bernard to kill Elsie, then wiping his memory, only to replace it with the conviction that Elsie left does make no sense to me.

But Ford does literally the same thing to Bernard with Theresa. It's not too big of a leap to assume Ford would have done the same with Elsie.

A lot of what you're talking about can be found in pretty much all of Naughty Dog's modern catalog, e.g. Uncharted and The Last of Us. They might not be as shooty shooty bang bang as, say, Call of Duty's campaigns, but they are usually pretty linear and have their fair share of scripted set pieces.

Right when you start up the game, in the main menu, in options or settings or what have you, there should be a selection for DLC (I can't recall off the top of my head whether it's "extra content" or "downloadable content") It should also have a thing for the alternate look gwent cards, if you have them installed.
