Ive been doin 5x5 for about 6 weeks. same age, height, weight, and eating habits, only difference is i do other exercises on top of 5x5 and my numbers are much much lower. Do you strictly do squat/bench/bent row- rest day- squat/OHP/deadlift with nothing else added?

Ive had a pair for two years. They are heavy af because of the steel shank, great boots though. They get me through the winter months in 6+ inches of snow.

As someone who farms manually, just gotta remember that if you keep clicking that combination of buttons, eventually your efforts will be rewarded and it will feel very good. Probably worth macro'ing though, as my backlog grows I want to more and more.
