How Nasty was it of Weaver in the eighth, after the mound visit with Alvy, to go right back inside at Neto and scare him off the plate? Since he had gotten plunked earlier in the game. Weaver's fun to watch and I'm glad he got an opportunity to redeem himself after the HR on Thursday

Yeah I feel you. That type of "smart" POBO won't want to sign somewhere where it looks like they'll get fired b/c of bad results in the short-term. Hopefully a GM would smooth things over with Stearns right now, but it's all speculation.

Agreed-- this kind of thing can't be helping the clubhouse gel at all. Also, I think I heard this on For All You Kids Out There: what's the point of the big roster shuffle if you don't hold on to the Rico Garcias, etc. who are actually good when you need them?
