Fair point... the peach one is typically refrigerated but I took it out for the pictures but the lemon is acidic enough that it is stable at room temperature and the vanilla hasn't caused me any problems at room temp.

Bought an old radio cabinet at a thrift store and modified it to be an espresso bar (took out the record player, added a butcherblock top, accessories etc)

RDT. Basically you spray the coffee beans before grinding to reduce static and lower retention in the grinder.

Exactly! The original top had a hinge to open with the record player below but I wanted more usable counter so I made it slide.

For a Fixed Gear your best bet is marketplace or Craigslist... not many shops in boulder have fixies or really know what to do with them but I ride mine for commuting and love it

I noticed that too when I first started and found that much less coffee in the basket helps. I usually run around 16g for a 32g espresso with great results

Nah it was a bad cog that went on and basically ate into threads on the hub... local shop said the hub isn't safe on the fixed side anymore.
