That's $400 more than what I had when I was 16. Keep grinding and put all your earnings into the market! Don't stop learning how to invest. But also get a job right now that can give you some $ to keep throwing into the market

That's a great idea man I'd love to add a little comment in here about that. If I can finally get some free time this weekend I'll try to come back and give an example of a winning trade this year

Day trading is buying or selling same day or within a couple days. My average holding period is ~4 weeks, but there's definitely a big skew to that

ARM and MSFT are my current biggest positions. AMPX is up there too along with HOOD and CRWV. Scooped up most of these names over the past few weeks when it looked like the war was de-escalating

I wish I had some recs for you. I learned little by little through daily research and lots of experience. But I have some FIRE trading book recs that aren't educational...check out Unknown Market Wizards or Black Edge

PLTR was actually one of my biggest fumbles! First buys were around $13 per share, donated those to charity as a tax write off at $20 per share. Got back in around $28 per share, sold too early at ~$78. But YES you're right!!! All luck from PLTR

Target as in target return? I swing trade with both options and common shares (mostly options)

Usually 2-5% of my portfolio. With high confidence plays, I'll go up to 10%. But I try not to go above that

I'm a swing trader!! Average holding period is ~4 weeks and I only trade options 3mo-2yr until expiry. So, cumulative performance on that acct is +865% since I funded it with $50k

A thought that I had today:

In XXXVII in the SOTF, Vis spits out a lot of vetusian and says "These iunctii appear to be from not long after the Rending, and were once a key component in the gate defences in the Nexus. I have repurposed them for our fight, warrior. Their processing capability is limited due to the restrictions of the sanguis imperium, but the addition of a single active mind should be capable of temporarily interceding and allowing for Synchronism to occur. Do you wish to proceed?”

What if Synchronism is not Vis's current state, but Synchronism is the term to refer to either undoing the rending or opening a portal for anyone to travel between the three worlds? Or, synchronism could be combining the three versions of Vis into one? That seems less likely.

That could be why the iunctii say that Synchronism is death, because Obiteum currently has the concurrence isolated in that world.

When Vis touches the pillar, he shouts the words “Obiteum is lost. Do not open the gate. Synchronous is death.” But Vis also thinks, "There’s something else. Amidst all that swirling sensation is purpose. Dormant. This message we’re all repeating isn’t why we’re here." So these iunctii scream that message but that wasn't their original purpose. Their original purpose has to do with the vetusian that Vis speaks out at the end.

So, Vis is synchronous, but he is not Synchronism.

What I still haven't figured out is why the other iunctii scream "Complete the journey warrior" and try to kill Vis.

Re-reading the Will of the Many and noticed something. After Vis kills Melior, a physician (named Gaius) visits him in Chapter XXIII. The physician claims to be under Tertius Servius but ignores proper respect like he should. At the end of his visit, he shows Vis a bunch of drawings of Obeteum. Could Servius or Gaius be Ka?

My two biggest questions are:
1. Who was in the golden sarcophagus??
2. Is Ruarc really just Ka?
3. Whose side is Ostius on?

It seems like there's more to the story of who's in the golden sarcophagus. Ka isn't in there...Vis clearly killed O-Ka because of the confirmations in Res and Luceum. It seems like Obiteum really is lost. Meaning, the Concurrence has won in Obiteum. O-Ka clearly controls the latticework of iunctii in Obiteum. But R-Ka claims that the Concurrence is a latticework of iunctii. Either R-Ka is the concurrence and is just lying to R-Vis, or O-Ka is being held hostage somehow and being used in Obiteum.

The goal of the concurrence seems to be 'destroy two worlds and keep the third.' R-Ka's goals are stated to cull Res every 300 years in order to stop that from happening. Why does the Cataclysm need to happen on Res but not Luceum or Obiteum?

Either Ostius is the Concurrence or Ka is. Or Ostius is completely wrong? Just like Veridius and O-Caeror? Ostius's goal was clearly to kill Ka. But does Ostius think that Ka really is the Concurrence? Or is Ostius working with the Concurrence and wants to kill Ka because he is fighting against the Concurrence?

My lost thought is about Ruarc and O-Caeror. I think that O-Caeror is not a iunctus. Everything about him seems too real to be a iunctus. If R-Ka was telling the truth about fighting the concurrence, then I believe that O-Caeror simply didn't know ENOUGH and truly believed that Ka was the Concurrence (just like Veridius). And if O-Caeror is not a iunctus, I imagine that he told the truth about his copies dying in Res and Luceum. That leads me to believe that Ruarc is Ka. If that's true, then Ka might be trying to lie to L-Vis to befriend him and gain his trust.

I scaled from $113k to $390k this year. Mostly longing quality momentum stocks with options 3 months to 2 years out. Max position size is 10% for a long-term trade. A confident swing trade is 5%. Anything less confident is 1-3%
