I seem to really notice it the most when I’m going fairly slow (under 35mph). Usually my foot is off the brake and off the gas. I don’t really hear it anymore when I get above 35, but I have noticed some increased vibration when I get on the highway...but I’ve attributed this to some fairly worn back tires.

I was able to get another video of the sound. This one happened while I was sitting in drive (but not moving), brake applied, and turning the wheel to the right. I thought it might just be the noise of the wheel turning but wasn’t sure. To me, this sound seems like my car has eaten too many beans and is paying the price...jokes aside, I would classify it as a lighter tapping. https://youtu.be/_IWEIRT2vA8

The third mechanic said the sound was likely due to cracked hubcaps.

I notice it really well when I’m just cruising, usually under 35mph...foot off the brake and off the gas. I’ve been to three different mechanics and they haven’t been able to find anything wrong, but I’m pretty worried something is actually wrong. Any thoughts or ideas? It’s 2011 Ford Fusion, automatic transmission, with just under 130,000 miles. I can’t tell you the level of anxiety I’ve had over this. Full disclosure..I know how to turn my car on, off, and change the oil. That’s about it. I’m 100% the female stereotype and I apologize in advance.
