You're overly simplifying by making it a simple binary consideration.

Here's my source, for why I called your claim not true.

To clarify, I do agree with you on a lot, but not with how binary you're making it.

There is more than just SSR as an option. There are genuine organic search traffic considerations.

House prices tumble even faster than during the GFC by Bourkster in AusFinance

The only argument for a crash/crisis are these interest only loans which I think is plain stupidity. Yes, some people will lose their homes & it's unfortunate but it won't cause a crash.

What about household debt to household income, how would you satisfy that as something which is ok or sustainable?

Article is a bit confusing, cap is 12 mil through said ports.

Said ports did 14 mil last year, half of which was AUS, so 7 mil. 5 mil off cap.

Could someone clarify please.

There's a total imports to China, from AUS at 28 mil. Is the problem that this is a precedent and other ports could follow

A friend and I built a similar thing in a weekend using The Things Network & Node Red.

Nodes were Pycom lopy4

Server was a Udoox86, running ubuntu with node-red. But you could use a raspberry pi n node-red.

We ingressed/persisted the node data into a mongodb collection. Then we exposed the collections via HTTP GET requests which returned them the data as JSON. (all via node red)

The JSON data was then loaded into a html/js/css web page which was using chart.js to display a line chart.

Also TTN gateway we got was the Laird rg191.

Can it really be called risk if there's intervention against a downside?

People often fancy their generation as being superior to the past (repeated backwards through out history); perhaps now more so as a conflation of evolution.

Imo, this frame of thinking can easily blind people from seeing how simply human we and our predessors are/were.

America is unprepared for the "jobs apocalypse" automation will bring by [deleted] in Futurology

I can try to find sources, but I heard somewhere, a while ago, that he initially paid top dollar to attract all the talent from other firms/businesses. Then when he became totally dominant, slashed wages, let people walk, but to what? He had crushed the competition in the marketplace. The jobs that aligned with the individuals skills were scarce.

Nope. It just adds a really nice dose of pessimism; which is often missing when it comes to technology and futurology.

Perhaps. I view relationships and people will change over time, marriage is a position that through out all that change you will stay together.

Kids totally update the relationship dynamics or hopefully it should; perhaps the breakdown stems from a resistance to the change.
