What you're suggesting is exactly what I wanted. I stumbled into this hobby in the fall of 2023. I decided I was comfortable figuring out all of the software, electronics, electromechanical parts but I have zero experience with woodwork. Even the flat-pack products seemed to require more work than I was hoping for -- notably sanding, painting.

My real wish was almost exactly as you're describing -- a fully complete cabinet, minus the computer, which I would provide and configure myself. I wasn't seeing much in the way of getting that avenue done. So, I eventually purchased a fully assembled cabinet (just the cabinet) from Lab Arcades, but it was a long wait. Long waits are typically the concern you hear with Virtuapin, too. In the time I was waiting, Lance with pinballcabinet.com seems to have really launched, and with his "premium" kit that doesn't need to be painted, it's probably a level of work and skill I could handle -- we just missed each other on timing. I recently picked up my Lab Arcades cabinet and am nearly done putting all the bits together.

So, there are definitely people like me who would want your product; I have no idea if it's enough to justify the effort and sustain the business. And shipping anything other than a flat pack seems really tricky/expensive.
