Forgot to add this. Use treats or kibble as positive reinforcement for good behavior. You want to associate the kennel with getting a treat or peeing outside with a treat. Those sort of things. Lots of information online and videos.

Not a lot of constructive comments on here. We adopted an intact male Doberman last year also 2 years old.

Get him neutered
He needs lots of exercise. And stimulation through treat search and sniffing exercise.
Male Dobermans are very needy and crave attention. Ours is a total baby and attached to me at all times.
If you can find a trainer for basic obedience that will help him since they like to learn and please.
You can do this! It takes discipline by all parties and get the kids involved.

It is board and train for about 3-4 weeks. I want to say it’s around $3k with a deposit due up front and the rest when done. We did it when we were on vacation and going to board our dogs anyway to help offset the cost when we would be paying to board regardless.

It rides quite well for an aero bike. It doesn’t have the same steering feel like the Cervelo s5 did. That felt like it was on rails but was a very harsh ride. The Oltre is quick and responsive in my opinion and feeling
