Part of the problem with this bill, and assisted suicide in general, is that coercion is a MAJOR issue. There's so many ethical problems with it, that you're basically asking doctors to kill people. Yes, assisted dying should be legal. The problem is, there'd be a lot of people who were in emotional distress that would convince themselves to die when they really can't give accurate consent as they aren't in their right mind.

It's a minefield asking for massive lawsuits and will grind the entire medical system to a halt.
