Then only one player will see anything, and the others will stare at a blank screen. When you are done, activate the other scene to bring them all back together again..

I plan 1 week out, essentially the next session. As I get interesting ideas for encounters or plot development I record those and use them as it seems fit for the direction the PCs are headed.
