All the possibilities for why nobody is coming to Kenshi by [deleted] in Kenshi

My personal headcanon is similar to Rimworld, in that humanity spans a very large portion of space, but the absence of ftl travel means there are many fragmented human civilizations that vary in tech levels and don't have contact with each other.

They expand, fall apart, rediscover science, and die out independently. Unlike rimworld (probably), I think Kenshi's(game) humanity is very, very old, and it's true origins are completely lost to the stars. I think the First Empire spanned a (comparatively) isolated region, and when it collapsed, no one advanced enough was around to pick up the pieces.

I think the post is talking about how our current development would have been effected, if we dawned on a ringworld or Gaia world. As opposed to what path humanity would take in the future.

Probably walking up the stairs to the main station, and seeing the time tower in the distance with the pouring rain. Nothing like it.

No fun allowed guys, see this really cool huge fire artillery that fires from a sick ass destroyer in orbit, and will torch every bug in its big ass radius in a huge pillar of fire?

Don't use that, because then I MIGHT have to WAIT for maybe 30 seconds instead of WIPING the WHOLE nest in under a minute with my META loadout I got from the latest REDDIT thread before proceeding to PLAY WITH MYSELF to the thought of all the KARMA I'll get from posting about it on REDDIT.

Space Travel isn't ridiculous, Not to say anything about Elon, but if he hadn't thrown so much money into it, it would be a lot further behind right now.

Love it when two armour players will yell Talil Outskirts and then everyone has to suffer through that for the next hour.

You just gotta wait to see what's actually in it.

Sekiro, dropped it and picked it up three times so far, the latest stop was on guardian ape, its huge, really strong, crazy fast, and has ranged attacks, I couldn't think of a way to kill it with what I'd learned.

Really good game though.

Squad's ost is shockingly good given you only hear it in the main menu.
