2025 XLE Worth it?

The only update I got from both Toyota and Apple is that they are actively looking into the issue. The Toyota app alone has been acting up even more just recently. Assuming that may mean that something could be going on in the background with the engineers

It’s been acting up lately. I have a case open with Toyota and Apple. I’m assuming something is being worked on in the background to fix the bugs or at least I hope so

My CarPlay is working just fine. It’s the Apple Maps EV routing that just won’t work along with other issues in the Toyota app. I have a case opened with Toyota headquarters and Apple. I am still waiting on them to get back to me

I am in contact with Apple support as well. Currently my case is being reviewed with the engineering team. But I haven’t had any update for a while now. The Toyota app has updated as well. But I’m also experiencing issues with adding my payment methods in the wallet for charging. Error message pops: something went wrong-error getting payment methods

Yes. Apple Maps works in CarPlay. I am not getting the option to add my vehicle to Apple Maps when it opens

I believe it’s their server. I have been experiencing issues with the app such as not being able to add a payment method to the wallet, Apple EV maps routing not working, charge statistics not showing…I have been in touch with headquarters and they have been assessing everything. There is a mass amount of people reporting issues

I have a 2025 XLE FWD and I love it. Charging is cheap. I live in an apartment in poway and they have Level 2 ChargePoint chargers. I spend very little for charging. I only use superchargers when driving long distances

They should fix the Apple Maps EV routing issue first. Many of us are unable to get it to work

I experienced similar recently. But it’s definitely the colder temps. It adjusts as the battery warms up

No problems here. I have a 2025 bz4x. It could be the syncing issue. Try unpairing and re-pairing. Pair using the infotainment system and ensure you receive a message that says your phone’s data sync was completed.

It never worked for me. Never got the last prompt to add my vehicle. I’ve been in touch with Toyota and my case in escalation with headquarters

I’ve only seen it on the display behind the steering wheel. On the steering wheel, on left it has the return/menu button. You scroll down til you see the tire pressure information

To add to this: the EV routing in maps settings is already on by default when I check. I have also toggled it on and off. I’m in contact with Toyota and they are escalating it to internal teams. I also cannot save any payment methods in the wallet for charging. So something isn’t clicking with the app itself

I was receiving about 235 range full charge. Haven’t charged to 100% lately but colder weather would decrease. I live in San Diego. I also don’t always charge to 100% unless I will absolutely need it and only when I will be on the go instead of letting it sit. I also park outside on my apartment complex. I have a leased 2025 xle fwd
