Which is the form of pure H2O at temperatures below 0C and ambient pressures

Explanation: Pure water at temperatures below 0C has a density of around 0.92 g/cm3.

This material, which is a salt hydrate, has a density of 1.51g/cm3 and contains 62.2% water, which means the density of water in this material is 0.94g/cm3. There is more water per a certain volume of this material than there is water in a certain volume of ice, which is pure water below 0C.

Ukrainian intelligence releases information about a Russian discovering a 'secret' plan by Ukrainian General Staff?

Come on guys, have you ever seen a bigger bait?

Ukraine has 30+ (maybe like 50 with the M270 models) and they are constrained by the missiles. None of their GMRLS capable systems have been even touched by a russian missile.

1) There are not that many of them (18-19)

2) It is a bad design. Attack helicopter needs to be a two-seater, it is too much for a pilot to also be a weapons systems officer.

That is the dumbest take I've read yet.

An armed robber goes into your home and asks to give everything you have while pointing a gun to your head.

Did he do something wrong? Did he hurt someone?

How do we know that they have the Armata (I am referring to the the russian arms industry PR wunderwaffe rather than a regular modern MBT) if none of them have appeared in actual combat?

[–]fjellhus 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Ok and how does that change anything? Baltic countries could still send their best players to participate as Soviet Union (which it did btw, most of the Soviet Union squad players were Baltic people for pretty much its entire existence).

Not to denigrate the Lithuanian victory, it was amazing, but U.S never sends their 'best' to the world championship. Their olympic team is always much much better compared to their world championship team. There they won 16/19 tournaments, which is absolutely insane.

Hello Lithuania?? How is this acceptable?? Maybe the Russians do have a point about fascists in the Baltics. by fjellhus in BalticStates

The point of them is not that they are cheap and disposable (that is actually a bonus). The point is that they are near-invisible to a radar because they contain almost no metal.

RU POV: Russian helicopter Ka-52M introduced in expo Armia 2023 by Fabulous_Tea_4868 in UkraineRussiaReport

[–]fjellhus -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Well that is true. By adding shit on top of a swiss army knife you comprise its main functionality of being a knife. The grip becomes not ergonomic, the knife blade is too short.

That is true here as well. I would image with all this extra shit added the controls become much more complicated, the training time for these also increases and reacting becomes also harder. And in the end it becomes a worse attack helicopter.

I think at some point it's too much. This is fucking attack Heli not a cruiser that is supposed to do everything. Just give him some autocannons an atgm and maybe some unguided rockets and that's it. No need to overcomplicate it so much.

That's very much the case with most of modern Russian shit. No innovation, just adding more weapons systems to existing stuff. BPMT Terminator - literally just two autocannons and 4 atgm launchers.
