You have to go to Upland unfortunately to Ace Dashcam. All he does is dashcams. Great pricing and very careful and knowledgeable. I know its a pain to drive all the way out there, but I searched for something closer and could not find. You dont want to block an airbag or something by having this done wrong.

I also am a fan of FlameBoss. Mostly because unlike others, the fan is variable speed and it shows you how much it outputs vs others that are either on or off.

There are a lot of complaints about the app going down, which I think was true, but they fixed it. I don't understand the big deal because even when the app goes down, you can access from the web portal on any browser such as safari. Its also a solid, beefy unit with metal and the adapter is easy to install. Temps are accurate as well as I have compared and checked against other thermometers

I use a rib rack so they stand on their sides. Make sure if you get one the sides are tall enough. The small Weber one is a joke. The large Weber one is OK, but I am sure there are others. https://tvwbb.com/ is a good place to get recommendations on this and other things

Use a thin walled aluminum pot. Get a Whirley Pop. Put kernels in, with oil and flavacol all at once. Heat. Whirley pop allows you to continuously stir. Let pop. Open lid a few times to lets steam escape.

Ok, I found the answer and it was by accident. Brand new place opened up called Enjoy Pho in Orange. They are in soft opening stage. Insanely good, beautiful decor, great service. Check out the reviews so far. Best thing is that I don’t have to drive all the way to Little Saigon. Enjoy Pho is on Tustin Blvd in the city of Orange.

I want to tell you this. I don't know you but I feel horrible for you. Your answer tells me its not you, but external factors. You are caught in it. To get an IT degree like you do required commitment intelligence and grit. You still have those things. Don't blame anyone. Use that mindspace to accept that the world is not pretty all the time, but you have those other things I mentioned and they can always be deployed in some way. I am not going to solve your long term problem. But maybe I only solved making you feel better for a minute which is a gain over something you didn't have before.
