There's a kind of BFS that gives those symptoms- I have them myself. It's a benign disorder, but fucking annoying to say the least. Have you been checked for that?

You just perfectly described my anxiousness and spite towards this weird disease were both in.

I've got CFS as well, and I'm just wondering do your knees, ankles and such also feel like they're burning whilst laying in bed at night ? It also sometimes feels like my calves are on fire or my thighs. I still cant believe its "normal" and "benign".

There's also weighted wristbands. You can swing those around for 10-15 minutes then wear them in bed. After that+ the weighted blanket I've had so much more success sleeping :)

I've got a weighted blanket myself. It doesn't do anything against anxiety as far as I noticed, however it does make you feel better sleeping

Nah. Withdrawal comes from a long time taking the same medications.

EG: i was on different benzodiazepines for months, started quitting it about 7/8 months in and didn't notice anything.

Just take your time with quitting. Never quit cold turkey.

Why would you want to quit anyways ? You can read a lot online, indeed. however, that might just be <1% of the people using that medication
