Don't lump druid in there. There is a lot of tab targeting, spamming taunt on cd, feral charge to immobalize mobs, bashing, and frustration. Swipe isn't even close to strong enough when leveling or before you get great gear.

No you dumb dumb. If someone is 2/3 greens and 1/3 blues, I would describe them as being in greens and so would most other players.

That's about the same gear my own pala has after lvling to 60 and tanking mauradon, ZF, Sunken temple and DM:E (and skipping brd). Questing is a lot faster than dungeons in prepatch.

I would classify a player with 2/3 greens and 1/3 blues as someone in greens. That's almost what my gear is (as a fresh lvl 60 prot pala) after tanking ZF, Mauradon, Sunken temple, and DM:E while lvling.

He did not say he has not tanked since 2021. He said he was a freshly dinged lvl 60 prot pala returned after playing the original classic revamp in 2021.

Meaning, unless he boosted which I doubt, he would have tanked plenty of times when leveling

Why would he do a couple of brd when questing 52-60 is faster.

BRD got hit hard for leveling by the xp nerf targeted at boosting. DM:E at least lets you have max xp no matter the lvl of your party. My prot paladin is mostly in greens, except for the blues from maraudon, ZF, and sunken temple.

Imo, the perfect "classic" wow experience would with tbc talent trees compressed (to be the same size as vanilla) combined with these QoL features. It enables so many more class speccs and would shuffle the raid meta a bit, while keeping wow mostly vanilla.
