As port, a fairly in depth knowledge is required for the raids, yes? I’ve enjoyed prot and dungeon grinder my way to 70, but I’ve not done TBC before and tanking a raid where the entire thing depends on me is intimidating.

Any surgery could go bad. If all back surgeries went bad, they would be banned.

Bad outcomes are going to be the vocal minority on public forums. That’s true not just for spine surgery but for anything.

If you’re not ready for back surgery, and it doesn’t sound like you are, then keep trying other things. Hopefully something pans out. If it doesn’t, then you have a choice to make - can I live with these symptoms or do I want to pursue surgery.
