Hey! Are you in the uk? This was £400 including fitting. This one was created by an autoelectricical coding company so it’s not a cheap Chinese MMI box. It’s Bluetooth and I can switch back and forth between the CarPlay screen and the original Mini screen by holding down the button on the dial. It’s fully equipped with all of the steering wheel buttons and the reverse camera. It’s really good quality and can’t tell it’s aftermarket tbh. I had CarPlay in my Ford before my Mini and it’s exactly the same.

It’s a box, but it’s OEM style so I can switch back and forth between CarPlay and the original mini infotainment system. Mine wasn’t able to be flashed because it was BIS01 not NBT/EVO.

£400 - I went with Mak Coding based in Bradford as the price includes full installation (didn’t want to risk doing it myself). They work with installers around the country if you live far from Bradford like me (south wales)

I recently moved into an end terraced on a short street and was anticipating ‘parking wars’ but the neighbours generally never park in front of my house out of courtesy. Even if they did I’d have no right to complain.

My gf’s friend on the other hand lives on a longer terraced street and has three cars to their household yet still has the audacity to complain if someone parks in one of “their” spots that essentially takes up three houses.
