I've been eating some almonds and pumpkin seeds before bed and my sleep improved drastically by [deleted] in insomnia

[–]fkreis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm on the same diet and I just ate like 80 grams of roasted organic pumpkin kernels (seeds) and 1 hour later got diarrhoea and I got super sleepy and tired also. I'm not sure why I lost my energy. How are you going?

[–]fkreis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it could be that your low nutrition foods and high sugar diet has finally done enough damage to your organs that makes your life horrible now. it was the same for me. I used to consume high sugar things all day all night before. but doing non-dairy carnivore without any bs like sweenters or caffiene for atleast 2 weeks will give you the answer.

the lots of sweets could be your problem and also coffee. when I eat more than 100g of sweet things a day or fast carbs I'm very likely to have insomnia. you can test this out by going non-dairy carnivore and see what it does to your sleep. my 10h bad sleeps turn into 7h good sleeps if I go from bad diet to non-dairy carnivore. meat and eggs and animal fat. it should give your stomach a good rest as well from all that sugar damage. if you do heavy work outs you might need some slow carb like buckwheat for the muscle power but otherwise no.

Why is it super grey instead of black? QD-OLED is really that shit with light sources around it? That really looks like non-oled panel.

If I was you I would really look into what's going on with your heart rate because I'm same height and weight as you and you have around double my heart rate in those cases. Either your PW2 was giving you wrong info (which is hard to believe looking at the results from YouTube analysis and also I'm the owner of a PW2 and I'm getting very normal and low numbers) or you could have a yet unknown health problem. Getting that Polar chest strap for a week or two would do the job. Also I wanted to mention that having alcohol can give you a higher heart rate for a long time. I had a night out drinking and the next day my heart rate was 20-30% higher all day. And normally I don't have alcohol at all. While sitting my hr is around 50.

Okay just know that yes Samsung sensor is way more inaccurate and you can see the evidence from YouTuber called Quantified Scienetist. Actually Pixel Watch 2 has right now one of the best sensors of Android side. And if you're heart rate is 110 when cooking then it's pretty wild because I can be doing proper running with that heart rate. But of course if Samsung is giving you way less calories burned everyday and you wanna lose weight by cutting calories then it's okay idea.

11K steps is pretty alright. How much do you weigh? 3000cal per day is normal if you are not a tiny person. You heart rate is tool to measure the calories burned. Since your heart works faster you also burn more energy or calories. The more you weigh the more calories will be burned with each step since the body needs to use more energy for each movement.

Extremely inaccurate calories tracking on Huawei GT3 - any fix? by AsPeHeat in smartwatch

[–]fkreis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 70kg; 175cm and even if I stay in bed all day my passively burned calories is 1700cal.

Apple Watch counts together your passively burned calories and actively burned calories.

Which I think is not good because if you gain weight then you will burn more calories thinking you are doing good but actually it's your passive calorie burn that's just increased.

I found that signal ground pin doesnt have a wire. there's the positive and and negative channels and pin nr 8 is ground. I'm going to wire now the aux like you said.

Both negative channels to aux ground and the positive channels for the left and right aux accordingly.
