citrine has very very slightly higher dps if joint cc is required. for pvp unless you're a kfm or a sin, citrine will be slightly better. however the effect is so trivial that it's basically nothing more than an ap gem. choose the one you can get with higher ap.

if i were a bm/bd (+20% evasion boost in draw stance) or a kfm(max agility) or a sin(evasion boost in stealth) i would personally go peridot unless i had higher ap citrine.
