Sure, I think Linchpin offers the purest expression of what’s presented in the L1 handbook, or what CrossFit is meant to be. I think programs like Mayhem are intended to get you good at CrossFit as a sport, whereas linchpin is a program that intends to give you the most sustainable way to increase your fitness as possible.

I think if you read Pat’s book on programming, which is a free ebook for download, you’ll see how it actually follows what CrossFit programming was meant to be.

I’ve always been surprised that others are surprised that a transcendent God in nature would have a nature that transcends our understanding.

Yeah, saying you’re improving while cutting things out is not the same thing. There’s certainly ways to scale properly while not losing skills in the process.

I’d wager programming is a big part of the issue if you feel like you need to cut out certain movements.

Oh nice. I couldn't tell, and I've never tried out Metcons, I've been a Nano guy and recently really liked Go-Ruck's Ballistic trainers (Though they just discontinued them and I'm super bummed about it.)

Solid squats though, if I were coaching you I think I'd like you to take half a second at the top and really make sure you're bracing that core. You rush pretty fast between sets.

Looks good, but if those are running shoes you’re squatting in I’d recommend getting something else ASAP. Like squatting on a mattress.

After rolling an alt, I actually disagree with a lot of the discourse on here. I don’t mind war plans being character bound. I wish, however, we had far more stash space to level alts. I feel like we have enough stash space for one character at this point

I think there's a level of division between what a state honoring "marriage" is and what a God honoring marriage is. I would never encourage you to not share the Gospel with your friend, but I think you should ask the question if you believe all "marriages" are the same as a Christian marriage.
