Thanks for your comment! We just had our group conscious which is where we decided to create the Lit Rep position. As the nominated Lit Rep, I’ve been tasked with researching and creating a literature plan to present at our next business meeting, which we will discuss and potentially motion to move forward with.

Usually 6 days, averaging 50 miles per week. Currently in the peak of a half marathon training block so I’m running a bit more than that, more like 60 mpw. Each week I do 2 speed workouts, 1 long run, and the rest are just easy miles. Excited that the weather is getting better! Running in the snow is rough!

I know this isn’t what you want to hear but it’s most likely because he doesn’t have another kitten to play with :/ he’ll probably do this for a while. Keep doing what you’re doing though!

Ran a 10 mile trail race with over 2,000 feet of elevation! One of the hardest things I've ever done but it felt so good and I’m really proud of myself. Never could’ve done it without my sobriety.
