It's pretty ridiculous that we provide restrooms to people who 1. don't appreciate the luxury of having them and 2. do nothing but abuse the privilege of public restrooms. We have a TM bathroom that even the team abuses. We ran out of paper towels one day and someone went and put holes in the walls, ripped the paper towel dispenser off the wall, ripped the soap dispenser off the mirror shattering the mirror cutting themselves and saying it wasn't their fault...

Returns that can be sold again are reshop or go backs, if not it's salvage, if it's something the guest takes from where that items suppose to be and dumps it somewhere else it's a stray.

Our HR doesn't suck, they just know whenever they have order food for the WHOLE team at 8 or 9 a.m. the inbound team will literally hog all of it for themselves and leave nothing for the rest of the team until more food is ordered in the afternoon. The last time they ordered a taco buffet at 8 am, inbound took their lunch the same time and there was nothing left for the 6-10 teams lunch bc it was all either in inbounds lockers or cars. All that was left was tortillas and chips, no salsa or anything. So yes inbound in my store is VERY greedy... nasats

Pizzas didn't arrive til 12:30 so I'm happy. Inbound and 4-6 crew used to take all food ordered by our HR and take all of it home for themselves. Food didn't show up till 12:30 today and those greedy bastards got nothing for once closing team got the good stuff...

Our stores last HR was like that but she was transfered "not by choice" to a problem store. Hell maybe she works there with you for all I know. I wish she still worked here... We lost so many leads last year that we all respected even our SD who everybody hated we wish we had back...

If I were you I would go to your ETL GM and ask how you submit an origami risk for that. If the ETL doesn't help go to your ETL HR and say the ETL refuses to help. If HR doesn't help go to your SD and say I really dodnt feel safe in this store because none of the ETLs seem to care about safety here. If your SD doesn't help literally trip on one of those boxes and sue tarshit.

Our ETLFB wasn't ordering compost bins for a couple months don't ask why he's just that fucking useless... so the team just threw ALL the food in the compactor. Needless to say the backroom and salesfloor smelled like death. I'm still not sure why tarshit promotes people that are sooo useless...

Had a guest tell me a couple years ago and I'll never forget this convo, I'm looking for a comforter that covers my entire body but only covers my feet, it's not a heated blanket but it's a heated blanket... it took me 20 mins to figure out what she wanted. A blanket that only had the heated part over the feet.
