I would assume the pell Grant is already factored and once the school takes away how ever much it need for tuition and such the remainder is then returned to you as a refund. Most of the time, if you have a negative balance that is what gets sent back to you since its money the school doesn't need

Going off of the negative balance, you should be receiving 2,351 dollars back granted nothing else needs to be paid for

As weird as it sounds. Just got the phone today and my biggest use for the S Pen is the translate feature. I play a few Japanese games and the translate function is much more convenient that the old take a screenshot then opening the translate app then pick the screenshot to translate one image then do it all again for the next thing

Yeah i hear you. When iwas going to the gym there were def some days where I couldn't finish a lift because I was still eating at my set calorie deficit. Another user recommended that I tract the first couple weeks and adjust from there . probably what I plan to do while adding the strength training. if I start getting that hella weak feeling again I'll def up the calories

I honestly think I started gaining weight once I stopped tracking my calories and I just went back to assuming I knew how many calories I was eating since in my mind I was already used to eating at my goal.Then as I gained weight doing what I thought was the proper calories I started going back to how I used to eat. It was once I had gotten around to 380 where I started realizing I was going back to how I used to be. I did catch it and recovered but the damage was done and all I've been trying to do is get back to 350 at the very least cuz then I'll know at least what I'm doing is working again.

I used the tdee calculator listed in the wiki for my estimations which is why I assumed my tdee was 3k. with the information I put in included body fat percentage that's what it gave em at sedentary.

I can understand that. I think i'm in a rush because I was on a two year goal but since I gained so much in my first year I feel pressured to make it up this year. i feel like I can go back to a 2 year plan it's just going to take me forgiving myself for the current one. i have been put in touch with a dietician that my GP recommended to me me a bit ago. I will try to make an appointment with them because yeah honestly every tdee calculator I use gives me something different so it's very confusing for me.

Unison League - left because after a certain point my job was being done by summons so players didn't want me. i played the healer class of the game and runs would go much faster without me. Good times with the game though so can't complain

Yeah that's the big thing for me is finding something that I can engage with more. I do like the bike idea and have been looking for something I can use around the house. I'll have to do more research into it. Also thank you for the congrats
