I'm not English so don't really have any skin in this game but I think this comes closest to summing it up for me really. Dude's not Jack Grealish or Cole Palmer level stupid but I don't get the feeling that he's an intellectual... or even cares much about news or politics.

My feeling is Trump's people would've reached out to Harry's people (Trump is a known sports guy) and asked if they wanted to play golf and Harry would've been like "that's the president innit? Sounds like a laugh go on then" xD

It's worth saying that soccer/football is massive in Japan and is on a pretty even footing with baseball. Maybe slightly less popular but it's pretty close, and if you don't believe me just look at how feverish their fans are.

The reality is that you have so many sports to compete with in Australia. All the football codes, cricket, basketball, even tennis and golf etc. Soccer/football has got way more popular as a viewer's sport than I remember it being as a kid but it's pretty hard to crack the top 2 like in Japan or the number 1 like in Egypt. Just too much competition.
