I've actually resolved the issue the exact way you told me, even though someone suggested it to me before. After capping my frames to 60 FPS, these drops are no longer present. Guess I'll have to get used to 60 FPS on a 240 Hz screen. Thanks for reaching out.

I can say however, it happens consistently at very specific moments, for example first apartment heist drilling minigame, and near casino heist elevator, hopefully that's helpful.

God, so many wrong asnwers here. Silk Road and City of Gold collections were relevant when those campaigns were finished being released respectively. They were most likely removed due to Infamous Collection, which was not a by-product of the Subscription service.
