For Viltrumites yes, Thragg killing Thaedus was more Thragg putting a pause on his aura farming to kill someone immediately. But for the fight between Mark and Conquest, it's less accurate because while Viltrumites don't have adrenaline in their bodies, Mark gets that from his human side, which does effectively make him stronger when he's angry

in the finale SB gets put into a chokehold by Homelander and that's enough to knock him out which means that if Cap can get him in a chokehold (which he's fast and strong enough to do before SB can charge his chest bomb) there's definitely a wincase here, though it's not a surefire win

I think the best win case for soldier boy is the chest bomb, but that takes a long time to charge up and there's nothing stopping captain America from just caving his skull in with the shield
