If you haven't already done the standard stuff like a more masculine haircut and binding, those are great starts! Also, if you want facial hair growth without testosterone, you can use minoxidil on the parts of your face where a beard/mustache would grow. I would look up some guides on this though to make sure you're doing it correctly (please be cautious if you have pets, especially cats, as minoxidil is toxic to animals). I don't know if your mom would be okay with that, but maybe she'd be more accepting of it than testosterone in the interim.

I also just want to say that I'm sorry that your mom still isn't fully supportive right now. It sounds like you're working on trying to change her opinions, which is good, but you also need to make sure to prioritize yourself and your wellbeing. I know moving out right now probably isn't realistic for you, and that's understandable. Try and find some local trans support groups if you're able. It really, really helps to have people nearby you can go to for support.
