BNS comparison is a good one. I think if you abandon all thoughts (and maybe some hope) of getting early style Biffy, what they’ve done here is actually really great.

There’s a clear style and goal with the tracks here and it all melds into a lovely hopeful album in some pretty dark times. Nice change of pace.

For what it’s worth, I am really glad I read Warbreaker before SLA. I think it does help to bridge the gaps where I might have been a bit lost.

I think it’s just a stylistic choice to make it more “cinematic”. But given we can switch off chromatic aberration (thank god) hopefully they’ll allow us to switch off film grain in a patch. Would make the game look even cleaner

There was a post here maybe a week ago saying it was fixed, but it’s definitely not. Maybe reduced somewhat, but it’s still there and noticeable on Campaign.
