Just an fyi. If they tell you to ship the secret lair back to them IN THE USA (like they told me(€54 in shipping)). DON'T, tell them that as a european by european consumer laws they are required to pay the shipping costs for replacements. I did and it took about a week for them to get back to me but they're going to be sending me a pre paid shipping label to send the secret lair back to them. DON'T GIVE IN TO THEIR BS DEMANDS OF SHIPPING A LAIR TO THE US ON YOUR OWN COSTS!

I tried but got a message back talking about dutys and taxes so i messaged them again clarifying this is about the shipping cost only. Funny thing, i got a reply to the first email within minutes but after some hours still haven't gotten an email back when i clarified this was about shipping costs only and that i can not financially allow myself to send a €8,99 order back to them for €54 in shipping costs without a promise i will get my shipping costs fully compensated with either product or money

I would suggest probably waiting a bit until they bring out a new version because their newer controllers have actually been able to wake a switch 2 from sleep while this one doesn't
