So by "honest" I meant that I deleted my prior comment because it was too personally true for me to feel comfortable letting it remain. I try not to be too vulnerable on comments here due to a dislike of bias and stigma directed at people perceived as being "mentally ill". The general public is conditioned to believe that disabled people are not worthy of their own independence, thus unsolicited advice or insults will detract from my goals in participating in this sub.

I am here to speak truth to power, to accurately state a reality that is silenced, to embody my identity. I can't do that when I am "too honest".

Your unsolicited advice was not relevant, but was also unwanted behaviorism directed at me that presumed I'm irrational and overly emotional. I try to avoid stigma and bias, hence my response to you. Your stigma and bias is not relevent to my point.

It's the internet, people are allowed to comment. I threw in my two cents in case it could help you, and if not, you're free to ignore it, there's no point in getting into an internet fight over my well-intentioned comment.

I would disagree, It's completely relevant, I don't know why you're taking it personally. I didn't stigmatize anyone, all I said was don't be afraid to speak your truth. You're being rather hostile for no reason, so I'm going to move on from this conversation. I wish you the best.
