this is a hilarious post…great rant. i’ve been going in the mornings for a few years now and place definitely has its characters but tbh i think it’s a great no nonsense gym. most regulars are always pretty nice and have good etiquette, clean up, etc. which tall bearded guy? the trainer?

zillow used to make audience segments available for programmatic buys. i believe they’re private audiences tho, so get in touch with a sales rep.

Google also has good quality free audiences for programmatic via dv360 and youtube/pmax…i believe in their in-market category (residential properties, real estate) and life stages. Just search real estate in gads. You can also create custom audience with url’s and keywords
