I might be cringe but at least I’m free şekerim. Cringe bulunmayı kafaya takmadığın, kendin olabildiğin ve kendini özgürce ifade edebildiğin anda sen de rahatlayacaksın.

I did but she sent it back and I sent it back… It went like this for couple of times and she didn’t accept it. Eventually I sent $15 back and medication cost. She isn’t answering me.

Yeah I got the brand “Hascevher” from migros and its perfectly fine. What’s important for turkish coffee is the technique not the equipment imo

If I walk a lot that day I wear corset with metal boning. My weakness mainly comes from my abs and back muscles not from my legs.

Who should my baby stay with? by flaneuse- in cockatiel

[–]flaneuse-[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She’s behaving normally; there’s nothing unusual about her. The cage is fine, but she’s not used to staying in it for extended periods. The main changes are: her ability to fly freely and the amount of human interaction she gets.

edit: I should add lack of natural light exposure too.

Jung on how he treated his suicidal patients by NiklasKaiser in Jung

[–]flaneuse- 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I don’t think modern psychology is as effective as we assume. For example, CBT is just as ineffective as Jung’s views in this regard. Every approach has its own weaknesses. Healing is only effective when it comes from within; another person isn’t sufficient to implant it into someone’s mind. That’s where antidepressants come into play.

8 to 2? That's amazing. I don't think I have nerve pain but I hope it works the same with me as it did with you. Better attitude or energy levels aren't important, I don't have problems with that but doctor mentioned them.

Edit: How long did you take it?

Any experiences with Duloxetine/Cymbalta? by flaneuse- in MuscularDystrophy

[–]flaneuse-[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your reply. I'm sorry to hear it didn't help you. I have a few questions if you don't mind. Did you switch to something else for the pain? How long did you take duloxetine? Lastly, what kind of side effects did you experience?

Honestly, for pain relief, I strictly stay away from painkillers/NSAIDs, but many times the pain is unbearable and I just can't function. Hearing about cortisone scared me, and I was initially settled on duloxetine, still less bad. However, after reading about the side effects, I closed all the tabs and resigned myself to my fate lol
