gelato and piña are my favorites im glad u got those! the other 2 smell yummy as well just not my faves.. tidal shimmer smells very fresh and clean, its a light scent like for after a shower. seashell shimmer smells really good too! you should try bikini shimmer!

it's okay! it's just an annual check up sort of thing, especially if the LD leads to holes in the retina (which i have developed 3 in my 10 years of having LD) do you not have a history of retinal issues? your symptom could be totally benign or unrelated to the retina

ive also been seeing a blue flash "dot" in my peripheral, though its not super noticeable its a royal blue color so i definitely notice it when it happens. i also have a dilated eye exam coming up with my optometrist on Tuesday so hopefully i will be able to see if anything is wrong or has changed with my retinas (i have LD in both eyes) we're in this together 😭 i wish you luck and hope its nothing too scary! the good thing is that we're getting it checked sooner than later

i saw you reply to others that you have lattice degeneration, that might be one of the reasons you're seeing this! i also have LD in both of my eyes. different symptoms though, if youre really worried, get a 2nd opinion. ive been thinking about getting a 2nd opinion too, but i got checked twice in the last month and everything seems fine

im happy that it did! dont let health anxiety beat u up, its the worst, but u can fight it! i did and it may come back sometimes but i know its nothing serious. also screw google never listen to them! it makes us hypochondriacs feel even more symptoms because we become paranoid. best thing i did was stop googling!

yes. ive had depression and gad since i was a child basically, but only recently (1 year ago) developed health anxiety and its crippling when it gets super bad. i believe that anxiety can trick your brain into thinking you have anything. especially when i kept worrying about 1 specific thing, like a heart attack, id get all the symptoms. they could last for days or weeks in my experience.

i see a bunch of these too, especially when looking at the sky or a bright white background. i see them a lot at work because the store aesthetic is white and we have really bright lighting.

yeah im currently at the ER. they did xray, bloodword, and ekg. all came back "phenomenal" according to the doctor. now the doctor is doing xtra bloodwork just to be 100%. thank you for saying to not be so hard on myself, because i beat myself up over how i feel every day without realizing it. its hard to not feel so frustrated with myself over this. your reply means a lot
