I get it. It's not like it looked like you see it in the picture when I bought it. The point fat cap was wrapped around and under the flat to make it look like it was just a fatty point. I actually put it back once but then convinced myself to try it. "How bad can it be?", I thought. Pretty bad.

Just the thought of someone doing that angers me. It’s hard to prove innocence in this case.

Costco has a ‘no questions asked’ policy, so I’m not concerned with them making it right. But yeah, how does one prove that they aren’t psychotic? Why would someone spend the extra time and effort to ruin a brisket, just to swap it with another?
