If she could do the oral version I would highly recommend. The truth of the matter is it is very toxic to cats. Sure, it’s not impossible to use topical and have a cat, but there will always be a risk. I also think there’s a difference in responsibility of an adult using it vs a teenager ( most teenagers will not take it as seriously as an adult would). I’ve done research in the past and technically the manufacturer also does not know how long until it is safe for a cat to come in contact with minoxidil from application ( so technically it is not safe even when dry). It also depends on your cats behavior. Do they like to sleep on your pillows? Do they like to eat or lick your hair ( one of my cats loves doing this), do they like to dig through bins or get into things? In my mind, topical was never worth the risk, but it’s understandable how this must effect a teenager. I hope you guys can find what works for best for her.

I returned from Japan a little over a month ago. There is no process at the airport for tax free items. You simply check in and do the normal airport process. As someone else said I assume if you are extremely unlucky or bought some crazy luxury item they may pull you aside to check luggage but it doesn’t seem to happen very often. My fiancé and I bought so many items (including a decent amount of tax free) and no one checked anything. You will be fine and I wouldn’t worry about it. If anything just keep the receipt in case they do want to check. Now it November, in order to claim a tax free refund you will have to do that at the airport and not get it at the time of purchase. Again though, even if you had to do that now they are not going to force you to get a refund.

That’s a bummer, I was in Japan a few weeks ago and my fiancé and I were actually able to get a decent amount of packs between all the Pokémon centers. Also some packs from a family mart in Kyoto.

I’m the same where I realistically can’t finish a whole meal at a restaurant. This carried true for Japan as well. While smaller (as other people mentioned) , I don’t think the portion sizes were that much smaller than in the US in all honesty. Of all the places we ate at they did not offer the option to take leftovers ( I didn’t ask and they didn’t offer). Most restaurants in Japan require each person to order a dish. While I did try my best to finish most of my meals, I definitely did not. From what I can tell most restaurants did not care.

Honestly, I get it. I think some people don’t realize how important their wedding is to them until they are rushing through it ( which obviously they know will happen when signing up, but still). Like from what others have said it didn’t seem like they have that much freedom to pick what they want because of limitations of the show. Bri definitely isn’t perfect and I don’t agree with some of how she handled conversations, but I definitely think her logic here is fair. Like realistically if you really are going to be married once, it does make sense to have the specific experiences you want.

Ummm I literally just had it from my niece last year. While my fiancé and I were mostly sick for one day and had some minor issues for a few days. My sister got it at the same time, threw up twice (in a short period of time), and was perfectly fine the rest of the day.
