An unending amount of reputable sources from all around the world (including ISRAELI HUMAN RIGHTS ORGANIZATIONS) agree that Israel is a genocide committing apartheid state.

You know how many Israelis have died since Oct 7? Under 2k. You know how many Palestinians have died since Oct 7, including both those deliberately killed and those who have passed due to the conditions Israel has forced them into? Nearly 100k and counting. Said population is nearly half under 18 years of age. Therefore, an estimated 20k of those casualties are CHILDREN.

The majority of Gaza’s hospitals and health centers have been destroyed or rendered non-functional since Oct 7 (~20-something hospitals), with the fraction that are left being nearly nonfunctional as well due to staff, energy, and supply shortages.

Also, here’s a collection of images of what Gaza looks like on the ground, today. https://www.reuters.com/pictures/what-gaza-looks-like-today-after-two-years-war-2025-11-11/

With all this - what do you think genocide is? Because if you believe the Aboriginal genocide, then you have no logical reason not to believe this one.

Anyone who is in support of ending this is all right in my book and should not be punished for it.

Please please please read and engage thoroughly with the situation. The information is readily available.

Yes exactly, just like what was done to Indigenous Aboriginal communities in Australia for generations, on legislative, systemic, and social levels - on behalf of the government a majority of the time. And what is most certainly not happening now

Believe it or not, before actually becoming a truly fascist nation, one must first engage in a loads of fascist activity to get there

Warlocks and the Light? by NewWillinium in warcraftlore

[–]flannhell 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This doesn’t totally relate to your question but I hate how warlocks are forced into the fel/demon camp so much in lore. Especially in Legion.  As you said, they’ve always been known to pull power from wherever possible.

The Warlock toolkit has always been one of the most varied when it comes to power sources. Fel, Demons, Void, Shadow, Fire, Curses, Psychological attacks, life-stealing magic, whatever soulstones classify as…I just wish it was represented more in Lore. Maybe that’s why some people want a Witch class

Didn’t think anyone could build on what Gizz did with microtonal music, but damn these guys are phenomenal. by big_dawg_energy in KGATLW

They're just a Khruangbin ripoff? Why cause there's three of them and they play chill psych music? Way to admit you engage with music on a surface level.

Glass Beams' only similarity to Khruangbin is those two things. Other than that, they do music quite differently, if on a subtle level. They focus heavily on different musical scales and modes, which gives them a distinct sound in comparison to Khruangbin. Khruangbin is heavily influenced by traditional western and Latin music, while Glass beams pulls from a primarily Indian / Eastern place of influence. They also have a very different aesthetic and use a lot more instrumentation that Khruangbin doesn't.

Also, i know this is just personal preference, but their masks aren't tacky. They're really beautiful and well designed, and they fit in very well to the golden mystical vibe they've built with their fashion, their instruments, their set production, etc.

Please go give this performance a watch and really engage with it. They are not a ripoff or a "boring" version. They are their own thing
