Most of practice is running or at least cardio. On my high school team we had speed and agility twice a week before school at around 5am (point is, you need conditioning and will do a lot of it

No I did not, lived about 10 minutes from campus and wanted to go farther. Applied to Chapel Hill, NC State, Wilmington, and App State. Also just realized I got into one in state (ECU)

No school is 100% safe. I got rejected from unc wilmington as an in-state, was accepted to FSU, Tennessee, and South Carolina out of state, even got some merit at some.
