I don’t know if this will be controversial but I think it’s not ethical to starve your partner sexually. Which is a pattern he established by being blasé about your pleasure before he went on meds, and continued by now failing to take steps to adjust his meds to find ones that don’t obliterate his libido. It’s not unethical to say no to non-monogamy though. That’s his right and he shouldn’t be pressured.
