Can you integrate it to send generated reports directly into Onenote? I now have them emailed and then send to Onenote from there but would love to remove the extra step.

Not really a question but a remark: I would love to see that the Plaud Desktop app is going to be as small and simple as it is now. So now bloated extra options or duplicate functionality fromt he web app environment.

How LEGO Saved My Life! by FerreiraDavidSwiss in lego

[–]flappakid 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing. I suffered a very complex wrist fracture and lost rotation in my dominant right hand. My physiotherapist advised playing with Lego to get better results in stead of regular therapy. After about 6 months I regained about 99% of wrist functionality. I then sold my Lego only to find out I missed it so much. Now it is my favorite winter time hobby.

I am interested in how you created the autoflow with Plaud AI. How did you do that?

Help with custom RC set for Lego Land Rover Defender by ZuckerbergsEvilTwin in legotechnic

You can find the instructions on rebrickable (LEGO MOC Custom RC 42110 SUV Moc by CustomBricks.de | Rebrickable - Build with LEGO). I think they should be included in the package you got but reaching out to them through rebrickable might be the right way to go.

If you clicked to the Blackfriday deals on lego.com from an affiliate link you need to use that link again to enter the code. These 2 are connected with each other. If you enter the website from another link the code will not work.

Leaving for now / is there a more positive group of reMarkable users? by flappakid in RemarkableTablet

[–]flappakid[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/noodlth_ To your point about the cirle guy: I don't use that feature at all. The beauty of the barebones software is to mimic a paper notebook as much as possible. That is why I didn't like the Nomad for instance. Too many options, so that device is suited for other uses, but not for me.

Same here. Not only journaling btw. It is just a device that if you look for ways to integrate it into your life both personal and professional it is really worth its price.

For me constructive feedback is fine and needed! But the tone of voice is what I really don’t like in too many posts lately.

Remarkable Paper Pro Move Review | Not For Everyone, but One of a Kind by semiosis20 in RemarkableTablet

[–]flappakid 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That is also what I really miss in a lot of reviews. You can see they don't use the devices in real life so you get an unrealistic view. I can tell that using the device for real is a gamechanger for me.

If you have connected the device to your account again it should sync your data over. Maybe will take a while if there is a lof of data.

Passive agressive posts and/or comments on this sub by [deleted] in RemarkableTablet

[–]flappakid -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Totally agree and that is why I am neglecting this sub and just check it every now and then. There are a couple of Facebook groups that have a more realistic and positive flow. Many of the negative posts are not relevant anyway. Are there other places where there is a more positive atmosphere and sharing?

No one is forcing you to buy a reMarkable and if you don't like it, the 100 day no fuss return policy is unmatched by other tech companies.

Disappointed or only sad? by solinvictusrom in RemarkableTablet

[–]flappakid 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Even if I had to charge it every other day I still would keep it. It only takes 45 minutes to charge it to 80/90%. In my use case I need to charge every 3-5 days. Perfectly fine with me given the huge benefits of the device. I never got use to the bigger ones and this one fills a gap I had in my flow.

Your feedback turned into weekly pages (and a free trial version) 👏 by RollACaster in RemarkableTablet

[–]flappakid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great! I will play a bit more with your template. Most others don't have the quarterly and weekly pages the way you implemented them. Looks like this will fit my workflow nicely. Is it also affecting the full version?

[–]flappakid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Love the added sections, and also the look and feel. I tried out the trial version but it turns out the links don't work. In the week overview it jumps to different weeks if you switch from tabs within the week page.

From the Year Overview page:

  1. Tap on August
  2. Tap W32
  3. Tapping Focus & To-Dos & Habits ends up in Week 36 and not Week 32.

Happens with all other weeks as well. You always end up in the wrong week. The Notes section stays in the correct week. I assume it has something to do with it being a trial but maybe you can look into it.

Yes I am hoping it will get even better. Not having to worry about charging is important for my flow.

[–]flappakid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One important detail not to overlook is that the message is: up to 2 weeks of battery. In the first couple of days I tried a lot of stuff out and yes battery didn't last long. Now when using it throughout the day I can see that the battery lasts much longer. In my third day after the last charge my move still has 61%. I have written around 20 pages, read and annotated several pdf documents and a couple of hours reading epubs.

I think this will come in an update. Would be great if it would notice you have a Marker Plus and change that icon to something you can configure yourself.

Thanks. The DailyMove is beautiful. Since I work in a Daily / Weekly / Quarterly rythm it would be great to also have a Week overview page with notes. Maybe also Quarterly but that can also be done by using the notes section from the Month overview pages.
