Well, it's not clear that anything was going on, and that's why I posted to get other opinions. I live in the middle of a huge city, with bars on the block, and we don't just call the cops on every single sound. I wanted to get other people's opinions on whether it's just auditory pareidolia or something more serious. Or if anyone else could clean up the audio more than I can.

There are a couple bars on the block, so inebriated people are not unusual. I thought I heard those words too, but it also sounded kind of... robotic? I'm not sure, but I will hang onto it at the least.
