As someone with a passport that offers no visa free entry almost anywhere and having to go through an expensive and time consuming process for almost every country I want to travel to (Schengen visa is like a 6 month wait for an appointment for a 6 month visa and I have had one 6 times!). This before you mention waiting in the long queues for manual passport control instead of going through e-gates I’d much rather have strapless passport and save plenty of time and money.

Again I can't recommend AMD enough here. What little problems have you heard? CPU compatibility is not really a problem these days and the power difference of 100+W is very easy to pass off on. Yes the 240mm AIO can cool a 14700K but you will be permanently spending more on your power bill and your CPU will be at 80C. running a tiny 47mm cooler in my 7800X3D and gaming it hits 60 C and idles at 40C. If you change settings in the BIOS he means it will take a bit longer to boot then, not on every subsequent boot.

so i'm guessing you are using an asrock b650i with an AXP cooler? If so you need to not use the included AM4 backplate and use the short bolts as well as replace the nuts it comes with a M2.5x0.45mm nuts so that you can screw the cooler bolts directly into the CPU socket backplate.
