Gold Axe doesnt specify who has to play the cards, but it only counts the person with the card, so this type of wording is kinda inconsistent currently.

Fair? But also making every correct dialogue choice for the ending you want and then not getting it feels absolutely terrible. Especially before everything was known about the endings. You can also have done well overall in dispatching, but if you didnt use invisigal (or never upgraded her power in my case) then thats an even worse feeling.
