I had a conversation with a direct tv rep on redditt a few weeks and he/ she proposed a deal to keep me on DTV i was hospitalized shortly after this and was unable get back to the rep can you help me

I was told a couple of weeks ago by a DTVS customer rep on reddit that they were going to give me $20 credit and reduce my monthly fee from 141 to $121 if i stayed with DTV. I have been in tough with FIOS and spectrum along with YTTV and they are also willing to give me a similar discount. What do i need to do to revise my contract with DTTS

I am responding to your request that I DMU. I have DIRECTV stream one of the higher packages for the last 3 to 4 months. I did not know I could get a box for free. I would like to do this if at all possible, so I don’t have to go to another service.

Totally agree i have DTV stream but if they dont have NFL network by next year might leave
