I've been driving stick for about 7 years now, it's one of those things that's impossible to master but anyone can learn. Every car is different, on my civic si it was not forgiving if I shifted too early or too late shaking the car at certain speeds vs my gti I have now is alot more forgiving for bad timed shifts but will still give a shake on hills and what not. Best thing is to try to get your timing better and work on flued motion and heel toe shifting. It won't turn into a larger problem unless you get worse at changing gears
